Our inaugural fundraiser was held at Last Wave Brewing Co. in Point Pleasant Beach. Nearly 70 people came to drink craft beer, slurp down fresh local oysters from Barnegat Oyster Collective, nibble on light bites by Chef Darren Monroe, and participate in our interactive panel discussion with the incredible cast of environmentalists featured in our film. Christopher Blair and Kat Maranino set the tone with relaxing summer songs throughout the night. Photographer Patrick O'Brien documented the night with a nostalgic, "point-n-shoot" style that was indicative of the feel of the cinematography we plan for our film.

Altogether, we raised just under $3,000 through ticket pre-sales, door charges, and our silent auction.
